Sole Proprietorship vs LLC EIN

Hello all,

I was MC011 restricted and ebay wanted to further black list me so i have given up on my pretty aged account sad to say.

Im attempting to open a LLC in nevada but would I need a new EIN number if i still have my Sole Proprietor EIN number. I know the names will match with my old linked account but would that matter?

You can only have one sole Proprietor EIN in a lifetime. You options moving forward is LLC, Corp, Trust, LLP, etc... No more Sole Proprietors
