Etsy suspension
 

Hello there
Thanks for having this forum to support people
I need advice on how to open another Etsy account after my shop was suspended. Customer complaints that have been agreed by Etsy as no fault of mine these were delivery related issues for which I provide proof of postage within agreed delivery times and Etsy agreed that once posted and proven its no fault of the seller

I need your support as to how to reopen a new shop
And if there are any alternative global online market places to sell personalised gifts

My Etsy account was suspended for low ODR. I want to get a stealth account and not so sure what are the steps and cost? Also, I am not good with computer. Would I be able to do it? Please help!

I personally think etsy shops should be sold here as well

I only see Ebay and Amazon accounts here not Etsy.
