PayPal not allowing me to withdraw my funds
 

Hi all,
I've got a PayPal account and it has been limited for more than 180 days. Recently, I received an email saying my funds are eligible for withdrawal. However, when I go to PayPal's website to try to add a bank account to withdraw the funds, it keeps on giving me the same error message: "Sorry, we couldn't verify it's you". It doesn't allow me to add my account, and I've tried via both their website and mobile app. I tried calling their customer service too but they didn't help much either, asked me to try after 48 hours. And, when I try again after 48 hours, brings me to the same stupid message, uggghh. :mad: Could someone please help me?

Pretty common. Sometimes it can take years. I was finally able to withdraw funds from 2015 this year on a few accounts. I have several thousand dollars tied up from well over a year ago currently.

OFTENTIMES withdrawing to a debit card works when you cant add a bank.

Have you tried using the automated phone system to add the bank account?
