Hello! New & Looking for eBay/PayPal
Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself.
MY EBAY HORROR STORY...
I sell sports cards on eBay. I had 100% positive feedback on hundreds of transactions. Around three ago I very randomly had 12 "items not received" cases opened on me to my surprise. (I buy / print shipping labels on eBay.) Tracking was showing that USPS never picked up the items from my mailbox, which was uncharacteristic and weird. I refunded everyone, but received 3 negative feedbacks and eBay placed me "Below Standard" :noidea: About a week ago I came home from work on my lunch break and saw kids on bicycles in my mailbox. That explains how the items weren't received. I now personally drop packages off at my local post office.
THE PROBLEM.....
I can't get out of the "Below Standard" status even though I've had 122 confirmed transactions since with multiple positive feedbacks left. eBay is even holding the funds on 90% of my transactions. It has been months since this issue occured and I can't break free :ballchain: |
