paypal refusing to release funds
hi, i bought my first stealth account around 6 months ago i purchased an ebay and paypal account. My account was suspended after around 2 months , ihad over 3k in the account. I opted to not provide ID and wait the 180 days but paypal still requested ID after the 180 which i provided which was supplied by the same people i purchased the stealth account from. I sent ID passport, drivers licence and utility bill which was all refused by the paypal backroom staff. They have now requested a birth certificate. Admittedly when i recieved the id i did not fully follow the correct instructions as i did not read the email fully. The email told me change the name of each file and always run through the EXIF cleaner before uploading. Can any advise how i can rectify. Thanks so much.x |
