I made the mistake of listing pop up phone stands on my Poshmark account. Didn’t realize the patent war I was stepping in to. Ordered from a US wholesale company. They wouldn’t even let me return the items after they refunded me. Tried to order from China instead, thinking the issue was that I was sent knock-off artwork. So now I’ve been flagged again, even though I was told I could sell after I explained my mistake to Posh support/apologized/took down all phone stands. All photos on my current listings were either my own photos or from AliExpress. But now, all my listings are still up, but I can’t add any new listings.
Just want to start a fresh new account and sell clothes and AliExpress jewelry. Start a new Poshmark closet, and leave the whole Popsocket drama and my old account behind me. |
