Hello all from new boy
I recently sold stamps on eBay. All went smoothly till buyer reported non receipt. Item was posted from Australia to the Canadian address supplied , without tracking as article value only $12.00. A little research revealed that buyer had changed his details to an address in Taiwan. I appealed their decision to refund but was denied and gave details of the change. Their only reason given was lack of tracking details. Not even questioning the buyer.
Anyone ever have similar problem. Account is with eBay USA. |
