Digital sales are always rough - to success, it takes a lot of trial and error. Send something physical as proof if you can for shipping purposes.

USPS has upped the postage cost to ship a 2 ounce first class,so make sure there is profit left after shipping

Digital goods are always a risky business to get into. Better make sure the account ou sell them on is well established as a seller before you get started with those.

From what I've seen, i don't recommend you sell digital goods at all on eBay

Currently Im selling some digital goods on ebay. I ve reached my selling limit(10) last two months. This month I still have only 10 items limit. What can I do to increase my limit tho ?
Should I provide some tracking number ? Im so new to this.

Let the account naturally grow - make other accounts as backup.

It's ok to be new to this but be aware that digital good selling is risky
