New here!

Hey everyone.

I have been a high volume seller for a few years on ebay and am looking to purchase a stealth ebay account just for a secondary backup.

I have a Canadian paypal with a Canadian bank account that is not linked to a previous ebay at all.

Just wanting a new ebay account with a 500 or so limit to it.

Any help will be appreciated!
