Suspended from PayPal after 20 years...

The process of starting a stealth PayPal account is straight forward. Nothing can ever match any of the previous information I have used on prior accounts.. I get that.. but what about eBay? I’ve got 20 years of eBay history.. I’m assuming that any PayPal account I link to my existing eBay account will get booted..
I’m waiting for eBay to get back to me and tell me if I’m a “good candidate” for managed payments...

Next question I have is regarding bank accounts. PayPal doesn’t verify your name or billing address when you link a bank account. They only verify the account is active by making the deposits... so.. is it safe to assume that a new checking account number will give a safe place to transfer funds or no?

Can't answer the second part of your question but I'd say don't even consider adding a new Paypal to a high powered eBay as the one you have.

Just wait for managed payment.

If you must keep selling in the interim, purchase a pair of accounts or make your own.
