Can you please help? also I am not sure why people sell ebay and paypal bundle. I have got a few paypal accounts and I should be ok, do you know why they do that?

I think you posted this on the wrong thread friend - sounds like you were trying to communicate with a UK account seller.
Watch your back now that you announced to everybody what it is youre looking for... plenty o scammers out there so don't communicate with anyone who contacts you to try to sell you an account.
