hello all I am new here and in need of desperate help I am awaiting a package through DHL
I keep getting notifications saying customs delay along with this Next Step
Further processing will occur as instructed by the regulatory authority. A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or shipper if further details are required
Has anyone experienced this. Did u receive your package and how long did it take
