I'm new to this forum.
Would like to introduce myself. I'm here to offer my knowledge as well as hopefully gain some knowledge on how to link my US PayPal stealth account to my bank account with name mismatch. This seems to be a recent issue that has come up as I was able to always do this in the past. Would like to find a way to finally withdraw my funds that have been locked up by Paypal for nearly a year.
