how to verify paypal bank account?

netspend or all access card only set the account up now and can not be used as bank account for verification. wtf . I thought it was bad enough that the vannilla gift card no longer work. now what? i need to verrify my paypal ASAP. HELP. What other card give you routing and account # that work?
