Just trying to get help on my account which was "limited".

if someone else in the same household opened an ebay and paypal account under their name on another laptop would they still flag it and blacklist everyone in the same house?

Okay

What about using a different ip and setting it up under a different address and name (basically a different person).

But selling the same 10 items I had listed on the other account? I received payment for 2 items through paypal that I refunded. So I guess paypal wouldn't connect all the way to ebay listings right since my problem is with paypal not ebay?

Just to be sure by the way I would change the wordings around on the descriptions and likely not put them all together at once and instead list different items for now. and take different pictures just incase the algorithm used to detect stalks that far.

What do you think?

They can connect fairly easily - that's part of trying to avoid linking.
PP can be kind of shady in their operations

Right. Well everything else would be different. I would likely use new pictures and different descriptions for an item I had previously listed. I mean I would think that would be enough for the algorithms to not link? It's not like there can only be 1 of a certain item in existance. and I wouldnt place all 15 items I had before all at once I would probably just put 1 at a time along with other items I had not placed on the other account.

What do you think?

Sounds right - new pics, different descriptions, activity variation
