Welcome to the forum friend.
The cookies you need to build are with ebay. You do so by logging into ebay every day for the first few days and showing some activity on the site in the form of browsing, looking at items, asking questions of sellers, adding items to your lists etc etc.
Sounds like you should get the stealth guide.
