Newbie looking for VPS guidance to get back to ebay/ PP

Hi all,

Saying hi and looking for any guidance on setting up VPS, phone clone system of some kind so I can create new eBay and Paypal accounts. Can someone point me to articles to get me going?

Have had selling ban for a few years and need to get back on ebay. Low volume seller just need to do maybe 10-20 items per month.
