Ebay use not authorized of account
 

Hello to everybody, i was on this forum some years ago,
I m back after some years.
I’m not a newbie about eBay accounts creation but recently I have this problem:
After 2/3 days that I’m start to sell items Ebay always says that my account (s) has been used by someone else in fraudulent way and eBay
delete all listings and also all the feedback i ve got form previous sells
This issue is related to IP? I use USB key 4G with SIM card inside (No WiFi)
connection)
It can be that addressed not match the IP connection?
Or what else

Hi,
welcome back to the forum.

There are many causes that can link you to previous accounts... IP, phone number, listing, photos...

Have a look aroud and learn stealth tecniques. Stealth guide is very useful

It's probably related to what you're selling. They do not like one or more of your items or the keywords you've left on your listing.

You can check this out by relisting one item at a time and let that listing sit there for a week or more before adding the next item and so on.

Ciao, maybe i didn’t explain well my problem:
The problem is that eBay sees as another user logged into this account and
and then suspend my account for fraudulent use (not authorized access).
I guess it can be related because i ve used another pc with Windows 10 while when I created this account i had used windows 7 and another pc but the IP area is always the same one as before.
So I have a technical question for experts:
I’m using USB modem key 4G on my laptop and i turn off every WiFi signals
inside windows internet connection options so the eBay spider can’t detect my position based on WiFi signals of neighbors.
When I check the IP on whatsmyipaddress.com it looks like I’m located in
Milano but in reality my physical ( real address) position is in Venezia.
Does eBay sees that i m really logged in Milano area or Venezia area?
