eBay MC113 suspended. Have £1,350 in PayPal
 

Hi I started selling digital items on a new eBay account 5 days ago. Things were going great and I sold over 100 items which were all delivered. Last night I removed all my items because I don't want to work over Xmas. Today I am permanently suspended and eBay say "there is no Appeal for this decision"

My PayPal has £1,350 on 'eBay Hold' that I cannot access for 21 days.
Does anyone know If I will be able to get this money after 21 days? I have had no message from PayPal at the moment, but maybe I will soon.

I can only think it's because I sold too much too fast why I got the MC113?

Digital items are very risky - you were lucky that you to operate so long but, it's fairly common that the suspension comes up eventually.

Since your pp is untouched, you might be ok on funds as long as buyers dont do chargebacks etc.

Might be because you suddenly removed the listings.

Why not go in to holiday mode ? they have that feature now even for people without an ebay shop.

don't think it's because I removed my listings. I feel it's more the fact I sold too much too fast.
On my original eBay I was constantly removing and relisting all of my listings. that eBay account is still operating, but they have blocked me from selling digital products.

I purchased the new eBay account off a Morrocan guy I met on Facebook. I purchased the PayPal off a British guy. £200 for the eBay and PayPal.

I think next I will try setting up three eBay accounts and 3 PayPals and selling more slowly on each one. But I don't want to have to pay £600 for them.

£600 is nothing if it generates profit long term.

Do it you seem to know what it was so it's a safe bet
