My Amazon KDP account has been terminated
Hi everyone
My account has been terminated and I got the email from Amazon
We are terminating your account effective immediately because you have
published books with intentionally misleading metadata, which creates a
negative customer experience.
We will close your account
• You'll receive any unpaid royalties you have earned
• You'll no longer have access to your accounts. This includes, editing
your titles, viewing your reports and accessing any other information
within your account
• All of your published titles will be removed from sale on Amazon
Additionally, as per our Terms and Conditions, you aren't allowed to
open any new KDP accounts.
But I didn't know that my book has misleading metadata, I just creat it by myself and published it. I sent them an email to explain but they upheld their decision. I just wanna ask y'all In case my account is terminated. Will I receive the royalties in the next two months?
P/s What should I do to reinstate my account?
