How do VCC sellers create this kind of cards ?

Hello,

Yesterday when I was searching on google for a VCC to activate my PayPal I remarked that there is many sellers providind this services at cheap prices. So I have two questions how they can create these cards? and how can we verify our PayPal account with this kind of VCCs since the sellers doesnt ask for card holder name.

I can give you part of the answer, some merchant services that process credit cards can give businesses the ability to create VVC for employees and that is how they do it.

Some banks provide this kinda service in some countries. If you know the manager of the branch they help you out :D

Nobody is going to share that sort of info with you.
Just contact the VCC sellers in the service providers section and you can buy them for a very reasonable price.

If you go to the local grocery store, they sell visa/mc cards with $10-25 balance for a $3-6 fee

One of the best ways to get a VCC almost straight away is to use giftcards.com it costs about $5 a card and you have to load them with about $25 minimum. You then get about $20 to spend, they work with eBay and PayPal
