Ebay Final value fee for the item is 10-12%,if you are a poor seller,you could be paying 14%.
If you subscribe to a shop,.your fee could be lower,if you are a top rated plus seller,you get a 10% discount on item FVF but not shipping FVF.
Shipping fee is charged FVF as well,as back then when it was free,sellers decide to ask 99 cents for item and $65 for shipping,it is called fee avoidance,so now they split FVF between shipping and item.
There are fees for extra features when you list an item,like listing in 2 categories,promoted listings,but nowhere would it add up to 30 %.
Paypal also charges fee 30 cents transaction and 2.9-4.4 %
if your buyer files INAD,you will pay return shipping.
if he files a chargeback and you lose,there is a $20 chargeback fee.
if you did not pay the correct postage fee ,USPS will figure the extra postage fee,chargeD Ebay and Ebay will charge your seller account
