Hello. Long time lurker, first time poster.
 

Hi all.

I have been lurking a while now, there have been some great threads.

Not sure where to post next, but I am looking for a service (I think)

I and my business partner have the opportunity to buy a couple of ecommerce sellers businesses which will increase our offering of bathroom supplies.

Everything is legit, they are not problem accounts however, we are concerned that once we bring these into our group we will need (and want) to change some of the profile details to point to our group company.

We obviously would like to standardise all details from company name name to bank details.

Is this a concern, are we going to run into trouble with both Amazon and Ebay UK?

Your help and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

So you want to buy ebay/amazon/etsy other ecommerece accounts from already established businesses and then change the information/account details on them to your own business? not a good idea, especially with managed payments, it won't be possible. If you're talking about buying websites or shopify businesses then that's possible and not going to be an issue. Ebay/amazon i wouldn't bother, you'll get linked and your main account might run into issues aswell.
