**** PayPal sand their account limitations! #THIEVES

Hello my name is Luis. And I was just on here wondering if anyone can gimme some good useful advice on a permanently limited account that I have with PayPal? They won't allow me access to my money and I've explained to them that I REALLY need my money. I h have to pay court fines and couldn't because dumbass PayPal has my account limited! Since I could pay my court fine, thanks to PAYPAL, I was incarcerated and had to spend 3 nights in jail! At this point I'm just about ready to get a lawyer. But then that would cost some money, if not all my money! PLEASE someone help me with some useful advise on how to go about getting this limitation lifted and my funds available to me!

where did the Paypal fund come from and what reason did Paypal give to limit your account?
Do you know what is Paypal AUP policy?
