business account No add credit card but paypal want card statement

i have a open my own business account and verified account but after 2 days paypal mail me some information you need 1- identity verification and 2nd one is card statement but i dont add any card information but my paypal account already limit but why ?? please solve this issues as soon as possible thank u.

Sounds like you did something wrong.
Get the stealth guide and study it - then start over with a new account.

Paypal loves to have your credit card,first it verifies your address,second if things go wrong,it can charge your cc.
My guess is asking for your cc statement will show your physical address
