Hello all!!

I’m new here but not to eBay/ PayPal. I’ve recently been restricted selling on eBay for 30 days, and even more recently PayPal has limited my account. All this after 8 years online. Now PayPal wants, business license, a web url, and a reason for recent increase in payment amounts. Of course I have none of these! Any advice from someone who’s “been there” with these type of limitations and requests? HELP!!!
