Your email isn't linked to a paypal account.
 

So im going to keep this simple and any help is welcome.
When i try to list my item an error message pops up and says: Your email isnt linked to a paypal account please set one up so buyers can pay you.
The email i want to use to receive payment is also set as automatic payment on ebay. I have confirmed it several times, i have confirmed my number and i have added a card and also verified it.
So my question is how do you fix this annoying thing? Like the problem is clearly on ebay and paypal. I have done absolutely everything correct.
My country is Bulgaria.

Welcome to the forum friend.
Maybe try to contact ebay's customer service...
At least paypal wont be an issue much longer with MP coming in.
