Boyfriend making me do this for him

Hello,

My boyfriends account got suspended indef by ebay, so here I am trying to learn about the stealths account to get him back up and running. Been learning a lot from the guide and forums on here. So thank you all.

I am trying to figure out if I should make one my self or buy one. :ranger: I know I have to keep reading for my answer! :)
