 Global Collect BV
Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences dealing with Global Collect BV. They are DHGATES payment processor. They have had a large sum for a DHGATE order of mine and the funds appear to have vanished. The amount was transferred by SWIFT which as I am sure you know is a same day transfer. The money has been tagged and tracked by my bank who have confirmed Global have it but they have not credited it to DHGATE or returned any of my calls or emails. The paperwork is perfect with all details correct. The only tel number they have is a call centre which is very sympathetic but just passes on messages. Does anyone have any experience of these people or any contact details. They have had this money for some 10 days and obviously like all of you I work hard and have a family and I need my stock or the cash back! This is my first post but I have been a greatful forum watcher for some time and have been greatful for info on many occasions. Thanks to you all  |
