Fresh out and starting from scratch ! In need of guidance PLEASE

So I need help getting around the AddressVerificationSystem I do know the billing zip but not the street address and have the 16 digits in front exp date and cvv . .what's the best way to go about this? Please help I just got out and don't anything like I said literally starting from scratch
