You would have no way of getting your payouts without a real US bank account and you would need a US tax ID. It would probably be a lot easier to just use a UK account.

Ask them. To me it feels like they're just trying to keep the account selling business going for as long as possible. I wouldn't touch one of those accounts with a 10ft pole, at least for now.

The one feedback comment you have as a buyer here says "Comepletely unreasonable and not a good customer" so that may have something to do with it.
Aside from that all of the account sellers are struggling to adapt at the moment. All you can do is wait for a response or perhaps try sending them a message from an account that does not say you're an unreasonable bad buyer.
If I buy a stealth account from someone. How do I get my money from sales on it these days. Was a stealth guy back in the GreenDot Prepaid hay day. Haven't used Ebay or Paypal in a probably 3-4 years and don't understand the current climate. I know all Paypal Accounts have to be SSN verified now. Is it worth buying a stealth account? How can I get back selling on Ebay today? thanks guys

Ebay no longer uses paypal for seller payment - it's on managed payments now
1. new eBay account with all legit info including ssn/dob/all never before used contact info (identity never suspended before)
2. using mobile hotspot as connection with constant changing IP address.
3. new user account on same laptop that had been used with an account that got permanently suspended.
