MC001 on new account

Hello members, I have a question about complying this restriction. (MC001)
I recently received this dreadful suspension
asking for me to send ID, bank statement or utility bill
and receipts for the merchandise that i have been selling
they have my funds on hold until this has been taken care of
I have everything except for receipts
I thought about not sending anything (I don't care if I lose this account)
But I do want the funds on hold. Should I send ID and bank statemen/utility bill?
how long will funds be held? how long will it take for me to receive funds on hold?
What if I don't send any information?

If you do not send them what theyre asking for the acct will not be reinstated. If it is not reinstated the funds will NOT be released from this hold.
In that case they will either release those funds in about 60 days - OR - they will hold on to them indefinitely and tell you that you have to go through a long lengthy process through your state bureaucracy to get those funds. This process can take upwards of 2 years.
