Family member as director and me as shareholder
 

Hello I got suspended from ebay years ago. To get back on, I have a family member with different address etc who has agreed that I can sell using a limited company, and him be the only director. (As I obviously can't be the director as I was suspended from ebay).

My question is: can I be a 100% shareholder?

I would like to be 100% shareholder so that the money in the company is still effectively mine, and so my family member has reassurance if the company were to get sued or something. If I own 100% shares, i could say I'm the person legally liable as the "De facto director"
Is this correct?

Do ebay check beneficial owners? Thanks

Yes you are right, and I will be soon. Just wondering if ebay would ever found out if I'm the shareholder or not. Such as if they ask for beneficial owners documents/information, if they do then They could see it's me and suspend the account.

I'm hoping that ebay only ask for ID etc for the directors of a limited company, not the shareholders

Hi James North, I'm interested and might buy 1 of your managed payments eBay Stealth accounts in a 3-4 months time, after I've set up using a family member Ltd account.

I'm curious how your accounts work. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought adyen does a soft credit check to make sure an account is in a real persons name, and if that credit check fails, they ask for ID docs etc, same for bank statements if they see the name of the ebay account holder and name on the bank account don't match.

So my question is, Are your accounts in a real persons name? And the bank account?
I guess I'm asking how are your MP stealth accounts set up? Thank you !

I do not recommend buying from James North, I've bought numerous accounts from him because I didn't have any other option to buy ebay accounts from elsewhere. But there is always a problem with his service or the accounts he gives you. You don't get what your promised or what's described, if you do get what's described, its very low value for money and the account is already highly vulnerable to getting suspended.
