Hi all, long time user, first time poster. I figured after 11 years I should introduce myself. Great community and forum!
Have a question in regards to creating a second managed payment account, more specifically the IP address, is it possible to use a iPhone safari or chrome app browser to create the account after clearing cookies and turning airplane mode on and off? I’ve never had the eBay app installed before, and I used to always create my stealth accounts this way before managed payments came into play. I remember seeing people saying it was ok to do it back in the day, but recent posts lead me to believe that using a clean pc or tablet with a residential ip is the way to go. Also, my last few stealth accounts I tried to create ,right before pandemic/managed payments, got banned quickly. I thought it was because of using my phone, but also thought it could be the free virtual numbers I was using or pictures taken on the iPhone I uploaded without cleaning them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
