The login of the EBAY local account I purchased requires phone verification, but the phone is virtual and cannot receive the verification code. Can you solve it?

the only way around that is asking ebay CS to replace phone through local mobile that you provide

the seller will not be able to help you , if they used virtual mobile they will not be able to get access as well

Now ebay accept only real mobile phone numbers. Try to contact seller first or ask ebay support how you can solve this issue.
