Newbie

I am new to this forum. I don't know how to use it. I am selling the USA fully verified Personal Paypal account on other forums. Now, I want to sell a Personal PayPay account on this forum. How can I do that and what is the procedure? Can anyone suggest me something that I understand all of this procedure.
