Hi there
I was narued from ebay after 3 unrelated vero listings over a period of six months. I had no idea the items were vero, they weren't brand name items or copies of anything, I found these products and thought 'yeh might give them a go' then whammo.
The buyer panic from seeing me naru (I had a lot of transactions on the go) resulted in many buyers immediately filing not received disputes via paypal, which in turn meant paypal limited my account. I cleared everything up with the buyers but was unable to get my paypal account reinstated as I can not comply with all their conditions - invoices no worries, proof of postage is impossible as I do not have tracking numbers for everything.
This has cost me so much money in lost business I feel pretty angry. Fortunately there wasn't anything in the account as I had removed my funds so I don't feel i have to do cartwheels for paypal and am inclined just to let the whole account slide
Stuff them - what right do they have to limit my paypal account when I've been a perfect customer for 5 years???? And what right do they have to request proof of inventory - how stupid, how could I operate for that long if I didn't have the stock, and ditto proof of postage. |
