It says how to be stealthy,
But it doesn't give you step-by-step instructions on how to create the account!
or where to find the data.

The guide is very good.
But I was looking for where to find the stealthy data.

What you got is all what's in the guide, there's no actual guide on how to create the "stealth" account. Unfortunately, those are not updated as to the current method of creation of 'stealth accounts'. You have a basic guide or background tho, and that's a good start!

Sadly, the information in stealth guide is quite dated - basics are there but newer, hot topics and issues are discussed in the forums...

Yes, security. The guide is very good as far as stealth goes. But otherwise, not very good.

I couldn't buy it with crypto. I had to create a virtual card that is in Venezuela.

There is a platform called Zinli that issues credit cards based on your country address (cannot be changed).
I recharged and it worked for me
