Great Site
This is a great site! I've been selling full time on E-Bay and Amazon since 2003, but just found this site last week.
Almost immediately after I opened my PP account in 2003 it was limited by them. I supplied all the info they requested, but they still wouldn't lift the limitation. I wasn't happy with the run around I was getting and didn't know about stealth tactics at the time.
I sued PP in small claims court and that worked fairly good. They tried to intimidate me, treating me with sanctions since I didn't sue them in the county they had their offices in. I told them to pound sand. PP did offer me a settlement to get out of the lawsuit. I didn't like the terms of the offer, so I dismissed the lawsuit without prejudice.
I figured it would be easier to just open new account verses dealing with the legal BS. I figured out most of the stealth tactics by trail and error, but I have learned quit a few good tips on this site. I've sold on Amazon more than E-Bay, so I do know more about the ways around their suspensions than I do about E-Bay. If I have any input that can help out others, I'll post it here. |
