I wonder in the community is it a big issue with counterfeit policies even if you have the real genuine product. Is it a thread related to that? That's is my only issue with eBay. It would let me sell same items for years then last year Im getting marked with counterfeits on real legit items every time I made a listing. Going to making 10-15k a month to 5k. I know how to work around it but I think it's no beating the AI bots unfortunately. My account is in risk of being permanently suspended looking for stealth eBay accounts.

Yes, that's a common issue for hot selling stuff. Especially if your price is an outlier compared to other sellers because it can be an indicator the item is stolen or fraudulently obtained somehow.


Other times companies will have minimum advertised pricing guidelines or will only allow their products to be sold by authorized distributors. eBay is very flexible with the ways they'll allow sellers to make money but when their hands are tied, they are forced to comply.
