Still using separate Windows users or moved to antidetect browsers?

Just curious what people are using these days for keeping legit eBay/Etsy seller sessions separate on the same PC.

I used to see a lot of people recommending separate Windows users or VMs, but antidetect browsers seem way more common now. Is there still any reason to bother with separate OS users for a normal multi-store setup?

Browser profiles will suffice for running multiple eBay stores if they're legit accounts. I have no idea about with etsy.
