Replica items on ebay??
 

Hi, Newbie here.I have had 2 previous accounts suspended as well as limited. Before the ebay account was limited I had my listing pulled 3 times for selling AUTHENTIC Gucci sandals and THEN suspended. I can currently see hundred of replica and counterfeit items being sold on ebay? How the heel are other people getting away with it and how do you avoid your listing being pulled?

Do you know that it was because you was selling your items? or could it be something else?

That's just the way it works on Ebay. You can keep getting your listings pulled while other people just contine to sell away. No way to really prevent it when your dealing with VERO items like GUCCI

maybe you can sell some other original products on your shop with the vero items together as well.and then the possibility of removed may reduce a little,that is why some other sellers still alive there

if you are a power seller on ebay ,and then even you listing the vero item for selling,ebay will do not want to get you out of ebay too easliy,as you can bring much money for them,but of cource,you need to following some rules ,and you need to pay close some details when you list the items to sell. So you need to sell some cheaper products (non brand,non copyright issue) and get more feedback as more as you can,and then you list the vero items with high profitable for selling in your ebay shop,but please remember you also need to list some other non vero items together,just let ebay not watch you too carefully.
There are a lot of sellers selling the vero on ebay and make a lot of profit,but they know how to selling it without problem with ebay .As long as you know more experience,when you can sell more and become the powerseller.

Correct. Try not to make it obvious by only selling VERO items. You have to mix it up by selling non-vero items also as a cover-up so it reduces the chances of them thinking, "Oh, this guy is only selling VERO items, let's take him down since it's most likely f akes."

we refer to vero on this forum often as a product with a rights owner.

the real meaning of VERO is verified rights owner program - you need to sign up to it, so that owner checks you out and allows you to sell without pulling your listings down.

Agree with Teedon. When I want to get my feedback up, I dropship alot of items at a small loss. Some Gucci sandals will be harder to spot in amongst 100 book sales

Hi, i think eBay is not discovered yet this counterfit item sellers. Im sure eBay is removing all counterfit item listings, they are working hard on VeRo program.
So if you want to sell branded authentic items firstly contact with eBay then they will ask about your auth. and invoices of items.

Also once you get your feedback up in 1,000's you can sell just about anything, like Teedon said selling lot's of nonbranded cheap stuff is the way to go.

yes,jbuntz is right,ebay also want to make money but you need to prove you can bring the money for them so the feedback just is one of the prove
