HEY EVERYONE! New and looking to make money!
 

Hey everyone, I just joined and am looking into my start of hopefully making extra money with selling on ebay because money is tight at home unfortunately..... I will be surfing all over the forums for information but if anyone would like to give me some pointers on any basic need to knows or maybe even ideas on items to sell/stay away from or just anything at all I would GREATLY appreciate the help! Best advice = get the stealth book, if you are serious about making money on eBay.

ESPECIALLY if money is getting tight at home! You don't want to be making a good sum of cash and BAM it's all gone.

I would avoid the temptation to sell counterfeit goods. I see many new people do this. They are all gung-ho and think it is easy money.

A month later, they are back, this time posting "HELP!!! ATTORNEYS AFTER ME!!!! WHAT CAN I DO??? DESPERATE!!!"

There is plenty of legitimate stuff you can sell.

People who go the counterfeit route are absolutely SHOCKED when their merchandise is seized by Customs. They are DUMBFOUNDED when an undercover buyer makes a purchase from them on eBay and gets their account shut down. They are FLABBERGASTED when the attorneys for the Movie Studio/Designer/Manufacturer file a lawsuit against them in Federal court.

I'm not implying that this was YOUR intention. It is simply advice I give to all new sellers.

Lot of people used to sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or replica things on ebay, but that can not be a long term business. As Jeff mentioned, there are plenty of good thins to sell on Ebay.

I am also very glad to click this website and know some experience here even my Enlgish is not very good.
