EBay suspension

Hi

My old ebay account has been suspended since 5 years ago with 3000+feedback, I would llike to do reinstate it or create a new one. I used to have 3 ebay accounts and all are shut down by Ebay. They said that my account was linked to another ebayer who violated the ebay policy. Please help
