Hello from the UK!

Hello everyone!
With both of my eBay accounts being blocked last week I am more than determined to get back on track! Having bought and read the guide, I am extremely impressed and realise how naive I was when conducting business through ebay and paypal alike. With a lot of questions in mind, I wish to learn more and find help before diving back into it all.
