first happy new year to all of you !!
hope it will bring us luck!

I have some experience with ebay.es and ebay.co.uk (I am Bulgarian) but the forum looks very informative and even somehow confusing to me (haven,t realised before how things actually work)
never got any problems with e-bay or paypal, they never called me on the phone or limited me in any way even when my account got hijacked once...
I even have done things which now I realise that I was asking for trouble :)

now my story...
few months ago I decided to open US ebay account mainly to buy staff for resell in the UK or Spain or just for me.
I got US ebay account linked to US paypal account bought from Mr. X.
Mr.X promised that it will be verified but when I got it it was not,meanwhile
the entire site was shut down and Mr.X gone(he was good at stealth-ing:)
I started to read and managed to verify it with VBA bought from Mr. Y.
then continued to read and realised the mess I am in...

now would like to ask a simple(stupid or not so simple) question :
well how do I load the verified paypal account then?
as cheap/simple as possible?
as I understand is not good idea to send money from my old paypals.
can ask a friend but don,t want his account frozen in case the new one is compromised,
with tons of contradictory info on the net more reading doesnt help me...

what options do I have?
