Paypal Ltd / Ebay Ok / False Details
Hello Everyone.
I am new to the forum actually this is my first post.
Once suspended from Ebay 2 months ago, but not Paypal, I had to earn an income as Ebay is my only income so I opened another Ebay and Paypal account. Different details, address, got another phone line, etc.
Made no withdrawals from Paypal, balance there now about $1200. On the 30 Dec 2010, I got the Ltd on the Paypal acc. Thery need passport no. utiltily bill with physical address, photo id and a political question. I answered the question and gave my passport number, but thats all.
Ebay is running ok.
I need advise about the utility bill with physical address and photo id.
Please help.
