Hello. Newbie to the Community
Hello everyone, I stumbled across this website today after receiving an email from paypal this morning stating that my appeal to remove the limitation was denied. I opened up an account 3 weeks ago with ebay and paypal australia. Ebay seems to be working fine as I am only selling around 2 items per day. These items are high in value which it seems was the reason why paypal limited my account. After supplying them, photo ID, utility bill for my address they removed the limitation. Then 24 hours later after I tried to make my first withdrawal, they limited my account again.
They ask me to submit one tracking number for one package that was sent out and a supplier invoice too. I supplied both. The tracking did show that the customer already receive it. Which I have to say I am a bit worried because I have already delivered 5 items to customers.
Then this morning, I get an email saying "PayPal appeal denied". For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts
for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to
close it because of security issues.
We are making every effort to minimise any disruption to your business.
If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer
complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.
Ok now I'm worried because I have already sent out five phones to customers and haven't even been paid. Second, I still have auctions going with paypal as the payment option and I can't even change it. What am I to do?
Should I just contact eBay and close the account and start over? Or is there another solution for me?
