Verifying a Paypal account
 

Hey everyone, I am pretty good with paypal, I have gone around all their issues but there is one that i have not been able to go around,

Can you get your account verify without SS#?

or lift the limit ?

they also ask for the debit card that has the person name and address

Does anyone knows how to go pass this ?

The ebay stealth book has all this information in there, and there are couple great sellers here that sell VCC to get your account verified and the limits removed.

you normally have to do only 2 out of three options to lift limits. You can add new cc or debit card never used for Ebay/PayPal before, or as a advised above you can buy it from the reputable forum sellers here...

You dont need to give your SS# to verify your account. Their are other options. You need to purchase the Stealth book.

I do have the ebay stealth book, I realize, i was able to lift the limit with the social security, instead of doing the 3 of them now i have another question, I spoke with paypal the other day and they said that after you reached the 5 k, They asked for verification such as proof of Social security, bill and all that, it seems to me like i seem here that all they do is a credit check if something comes up then they consider that as verify, I was just wondering is it possible to give them a name and a tax ID, I mean, I have a tax ID for years, i am sure something most be there about that tax ID, I also have noticed that even if nothing comes us and the account is good they might lift the limit too
