hey guys I am Voice similar to my three other names here, Bang, Point Blank and killed by paypal
I have been limited and I have been searching for help on google and now I am here. Hoping to find a way to get back my business. they wont tell me why am i limited other than i am a risk. i dont see how that is so because i been a member for 3 years paying their fees and what not. my feedback was at 98.3% and a few negatives for slow ship but i was in the hospital then and now I am suspended from ebay and limited on paypal. please help!

I'm sorry I am not clear. I wanted to ask is there a way for me to get my account back to normal condition even though ebay and paypal kicked me off?

Do you know how I will get them to listen to me? When I try to explain this to them that are mean and acting like they do not care about my situation and it's my fault. Nothing I say will get them to look into it. What to do? Please :(
